We have turned Love into a sin
We have stripped it off its beauty and shoved it into a box
With a hideous mask on its face
We have labeled it and put it for sale
Humiliated it and disgraced it.

But Love doesn't care
All it knows is its inner light
Its bright presence and purity

Get familiar with the emptiness.
Find the spaciousness within your mind and your heart, and explore the distance between one thought and another.
Revel in the empty space.
Don't let the world rush in.
Breathe into that space.
Dance in it.
Hold that space.
That empty space is YOU.
The mighty, magical YOU where anything can happen.

Don't be afraid of loneliness or desolation,
They are simply shadows of the mind.
In that empty space there is no separate you and me.
Everything is one and we are eternally bathed in love and light.
So find that empty space, embrace it and work hard to expand it.
Lovingly pulling others in it until we are all there and it has enveloped our whole universe.

Duality

We are manifestations of our soul. So you can't necessarily separate one from the other. We often think of the "soul" as some attribute of us, something separate. What we call "soul" is the source, the infinite knowledge. The place where I am you and everyone else. The body is just a grosser form of energy, manifesting in this realm. But we create this duality by thinking the two are separate. So the purpose is not to learn to transcend the body but to finally bring forth what we truly are. Manifest it. To liberate into this grosser form by learning to vibrate on a different frequency. The highest vibration being love. Not physical, lustfull, romantic love. But infinite pure love for every being and every moment.
