Meaning

Stop looking for meaning. Stop trying to explaing why things are happening, or how they came to be.

Stop trying to make excuses for others or blame them for the things they didn't do.

Accept that you don't know.

Stop trying to explain your own behavior.
You don't owe an explanantion to anyone.

Life is a chain of events not always full of meaning as we want them to be.

Things are the way there are. Not because you wished them this way. Or because someone else did.
Not everything is a punishment for past mistakes or a reward for how great you have been.
And most likely the explanation you find for what is or isn't happening is not even close to adequate.
It is just your perception of how things are.
It is your mind giving meaning to situations based on you limited personal history.
So why worry about it?

Cause and effect are relative. Meaning is irrelevant.
What has meaning for you makes no sense for someone else.

And the truth of the matter is that you are never aware of all the factors that come into play. You are never familiar with all the circumstances or the whole story

You only see what you can. Which is in the best case scenario a partial and relative truth.

You won't be able to solve a mathematical equation with only 2 numbers if it requires 3.
So stop torturing yourself trying to derive meaning out of things that don't have one.

Stop trying to find meaning in things that are so big that you can't grasp the meaning even if you wanted to.

Allow things to unfold without placing a value in them and judging them.

Allow things to just be.
Allow yourself to just be.

Stop thinking what you should expect or what others expect you to expect.
Become grateful for what you have and what you are.

Let the mind rest and start feeling
