Restraint

Restraint creates space, allows things to flow freely rather than cram in and overwhelm.
Restraint not only itensifies the exierience but it also prolongs it. Shifts the experience to levels we could never conceive of.
Restraint brings the awareness to the things your soul really craves, to make you painfully aware that you already have what you want, you are simply restraining yourself, for the sake of experience more intensely, more profusely, saturating your being with every last drop of it.
Restraint is the opposite of want and need.
It is simply, intuitively knowing what you already have. And the absence of fear that it may be lost, or given away or forgotten.
It is the ultimate trust, experiencing eternity, being one with everything
